Regarding Admision Process

    Hi,
    My Brother fail in 12th science exam in first attempt but know he given one subject "physics" exam and he passed so how he will get admission in engineering college bcz he is not able to apply online application....is theire any chance to get admision in engineering college...if yes then what is the procedure...?
    i am thankfull if someone give me right informations...thanks
